New kit sponsorship for netball team
Girls delighted with smart new kit
It has been a great start to the new academic year for our netball teams. Not only did they start the season with a fantastic 19-3 win in Year 8’s first match, but they are proudly sporting a smart new netball kit, which has been generously sponsored by Swindon firm GaiaZon.
GaiaZon was started in September 2014 and their focus is to create health, fitness and sports products. The founders have developed links with the Academy as they believe in working with people who might use their products and gaining insights into what a product should do for them. Developing products with people in mind is hardly a new idea and is something that GaiaZon believes they can develop and improve upon.
A spokesman for GaiaZon said “we develop products that deliver the basics and do that well but also try to add that bit extra in some way.”
GaiaZon’s first product has been launched and judging by the feedback on Amazon, people seem to like its simple design and functionality. It enables people to keep their smartphone held securely and comfortably whilst exercising. The twin expandable pouches are separate so you can keep keys and gels apart, so the phone screen won’t get scratched. It is available from Amazon or the GaiaZon website: http://gaiazon.co.uk
Mr Barton said “We are very grateful to GaiaZon for the sponsorship and support of our netball team. It is very much appreciated by both myself, our PE team and our students.”
The netball team are very happy with the comfort and design of their new kit, sporting the GaiaZon logo, and we are sure that they will go on to make us proud again this season.
