Book Blind Date

Will staff find love between the pages?

Barbara Freeman / Categories: News

As part of the encouragement and celebration of reading at Nova Hreod, our Reading Group students have matched staff with a Book Blind Date, with the implication ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover.’

Staff have been asked to read their blind date over the half term holidays and report back using a love note to tell everyone if they hit it off with their reading blind date - whether it was a Red Herring or a Red Hot Riveting Read.

Students are not missing out. Love is also in the air in the LRC where there is a selection of books in brown paper bags, waiting for their blind date.
